How we learn

Learn it. Make it. Get feedback. Make it better.

Why come in person? Because the best learning happens next to people who can see your work and tell you what to fix.

The weekly cycle

The same loop, every week.

  1. Monday · Brief and rubricYou get the brief and the exact criteria before you start.
  2. Wednesday · Process checkpointShow your work in progress. Fix problems while they're cheap.
  3. Friday · Hand in and reflectSubmit the artifact, your reflection and your source or process log.
  4. Within five working days · FeedbackMajor projects get feedback within seven. A missed deadline starts with a coaching conversation, not a penalty.

Small groups, individual proof

You work in a pod. You're assessed on you.

Each track has six pods of four. You'll collaborate on shoots and campaigns, but every two weeks you demonstrate a skill by yourself. A strong group score can't hide a missed individual practical.

AI, honestly

Use it. Log it. Be able to explain it.

  • AI use is allowed, with logs and disclosure
  • You must be able to explain, edit and reproduce essential work
  • Individual practicals check competence without the tools
  • Undisclosed generated work or invented metrics trigger a review — with a chance to respond

When it gets hard

Support comes first.

  • A missed session gets a check-in within one working day
  • Repeated absence leads to a support meeting and a recovery plan
  • Monthly progress notes and term reviews at weeks 8, 21, 34 and 43
  • Reasonable accommodations without lowering essential job skills
